CWJ has been awarded One Star Status in the 2011 Best Companies Guide for the second year running.
Out of the 1086 organisations that applied, only around 400 achieved Star Status, of which 220 (including CWJ) were awarded One Star Status.
The accreditation is based on staff feedback through a detailed questionnaire which all staff are asked to complete. The firm is then given a Best Companies index score determining our star rating.
Andrew Wright, managing partner at CWJ commented: "I am delighted that we managed to retain our One Star Status given the difficult economic climate. We've had to make some tough decisions on staff issues over the last 12 months, but have still managed to maintain our CWJ ethos and values, namely fairness, fulfilment and flexibility. We're aiming higher next year and are determined to achieve Two or Three Star Status."
