Salim is a partner in the corporate/commercial team . He works on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including company and business acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations, AIM listings and commercial agreements.
Salim is fluent in Spanish and, through the firm's membership of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, he regularly acts on behalf of British clients who have business interests in Spain and vice versa. Salim is ranked for corporate finance work in Chambers Directory - a leading directory of the legal profession in the UK.
