Jonathan Austin - founder and CEO of Best Companies commented "I would like to congratulate Clarkson Wright & Jakes Ltd on their outstanding achievement. Our role at Best Companies is to set a rigorous benchmark so that organisations can become even better employers. This year it is encouraging to see that the number of companies entering the accreditation scheme for excellence in workplace engagement has grown by over twenty percent".
Best Companies Accreditation acknowledges excellence in the workplace with a focus on workplace engagement as an integral component of an organisation’s success and growth. The Star Status is based on a confidential employee survey, which asks 54 carefully researched and tested questions around eight key factors of workplace engagement:

Based upon the results of this survey each organisation is given a Best Companies Index (BCI) score (on a scale of 1 to 1,000). The Star Status is determined by the BCI score and the specific cut-off points for One, Two and Three Star Status.
