Following her ground breaking test case, Oxley v Hiscock, matrimonial lawyer Claire Gardner appeared on Channel 4 News and Newsnight. Since then she has been in great demand as a legal expert in family and divorce matters.
Claire was invited to head a legal Q & A column by Woman magazine and has contributed to the Family Law Journal. She has also appeared on Legal TV and more recently she has been interviewed by Radio Five Live and BBC News 24 on the rights of cohabitants. She has also been interviewed by Sunday Times on the state of modern marriage in light of the acrimonious parting of the McCartneys.
