Commercial Law Specialist moves to CWJ

Nicky Androsov, commercial law specialist, has moved from Thomson Snell & Passmore to Orpington based solicitors CWJ. Nicky was previously with a West End firm. Nicky has worked on a broad range of commercial cases for a wide range of industry sectors, including manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical and publishing. She brings with her a wealth of expertise in intellectual property, IT, e-commerce and data protection. Nicky advised the UK legal team on the intellectual property and data protection aspects involved in the worldwide restructuring of Konica Minolta’s photo imaging business and on the intellectual property aspects of a £35 million three way international merger.

Nicky is fluent in German and Russian and, having spent time in both countries, has gained a valuable insight into both cultures.
