CWJ was recently involved in the admission of one of its clients, NetDimensions (Holdings) Limited, on AIM (otherwise known as the Alternative Investment Market).
AIM, a subsidiary market of the London Stock Exchange, is a success story for the City and seems to be one of the preferred markets to list on for both domestic and international companies. In fact, a large number of admissions from Asia-Pacific and even US companies have resulted in AIM being a legitimate competitor to its more illustrious US counterpart, the NASDAQ.
CWJ, through Andrew Wright and Salim Somjee were the main legal advisers to NetDimensions on the admission, further details of which are in the attached pdf.
