Support Spinal Injuries Association by adopting a duck in the Great British Duck Race.

On Sunday 31st August 2008, The Great British Duck Race will take place down a 1km stretch of the River Thames near Hampton Court Palace. The target is to race 250,000 ducks, breaking a new World Record and raise more than £500,000 for UK charities.

CWJ is an active supporter of the The Spinal Injuries Association who will be able to share in the funds raised with a little help from its supporters. All you need to do is visit The Spinal Injuries Association's website and adopt a duck for £2.00 plus a recommended donation of £3 per duck (which goes direct to the charity). You are not restricted to one duck, buy as many as you like and tell your friends, family and colleagues. Every duck entered as a chance to win a prize and the owner of the winning duck across the line will win £10,000. There are also 30 other prizes up for grabs.

If you need any more information on this event call Elizabeth Wright at SIA on 0845 678 6633 xtn or email e.wright@spinal.co.uk

Thanks for your support and Good Luck!
