Nick Pace Plays for Westcombe Park Rugby Club's 1st XV Team

CWJ has been a main sponsor of Westcombe Park Rugby Club for a number of years, so we were delighted when we heard that Nick Pace, a trainee solicitor at the firm was to have a taste of playing for the club's 1st XV team.

Nick began the rugby season playing for the 3rd team, breaking into their 2nd team just after Christmas. He was starting for the 2nds every week as well as attending training on a regular basis. He was thrilled when he was asked to bench for the 1st XV for their end of season league game against Southend on Saturday 1 May 2010. Nick played the last 15 minutes of the match in his preferred position of open side flanker. He said it was a great opportunity and has given him a taste of what rugby at this level is like.

Westcombe Park are currently playing in National League 2 South.
