Our Online Wills Service is much more than a simple "do-it-yourself" Will. You will take control over the drafting of this crucial document yourself, by completing a simple questionnaire. Once created, you can review the Will to see if you are happy before committing to purchase it for £99.
The document will then be forwarded to one of our lawyers who will review it for you. If there are any changes needed we will contact you and discuss any additional costs involved before finalising the document. You will be under no obligation to proceed if you are not happy.
If your circumstances are more complicated or if you are looking at Wills designed to mitigate inheritance tax or long term care fees, we would suggest that you contact one of our specialist lawyers before proceeding with the Online Wills Service.
