Andrew studied law at Sussex University and completed his Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Guildford. He joined our commercial litigation team in 2011 having previously worked for a long established and well respected practice in East Sussex.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, reading, eating out, DIY, going to the cinema and playing golf.

HIGHLIGHTS
Andrew successfully concluded a defamation action against several international news organisations. The case involved the online publication of articles reporting the prosecution's side of the client's criminal trial. Andrew was successfully able to cause the articles concerned to be removed or amended so that a complete picture of the trial was available to the reader.
Andrew has also recently acted for a client against whom claims for £368,000 and £67,000.00 had been instigated. The claims were centred around some building work carried out on the client's residence and Andrew was able to successfully negotiate settlements of £30,000.00 and £18,000.00 respectively.
