After taking his degree at Oxford, Michael trained with a central London practice. He was for a number of years a legal adviser to a well-known international company before joining Clarkson Wright & Jakes Ltd, where he became a partner in 1979.
Michael has extensive experience in drafting all types of partnership deeds, particularly in the field of medical partnerships. Michael is commended for his longstanding expertise in the medical partnerships field by the Chambers Directory (a leading guide to the UK legal profession) which names Michael as a leading individual in the UK for medical partnership work. A member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners and of the Notaries Society, Michael is also a freeman of the City of London and a keen racketball player.
