Nasima qualified as a solicitor in October 2004 and joined the commercial litigation team after completing her training contract with the firm.
Having previously worked in insurance, she took her Law degree at the University of Greenwich and her Legal Professional Course at the College of Law, London.
Nasima is a member of the Kent Law Society, London Solicitors Litigation Association and the Young Solicitors Group. She is also a trustee of a local domestic violence charity. She enjoys going to the theatre, dance, keep fit and reading.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Nasima has acted for one of the country’s leading ex-service charities in defending them against a claim by two of the club members for wrongful dismissal in breach of the club rules. After lengthy negotiation, the case finally settled for approximately half of the sum claimed by the Claimants, and the client was successful in keeping the members out of the club.
- Nasima was involved in a complex tax case where she was successful in obtaining a reduction of over £120,000 from an initial claim of £124,000 together with recovery of full costs
- Nasima has acted for an international bank in respect of a claim against them for the alleged misrepresentation of an endowment policy. A successful application to strike out the Claimant's case early on in the proceedings quickly brought the matter to an end.
