Nick read law at the University of Southampton, graduating in 2007. He completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Guildford and was awarded a distinction.

Nick took a year out after graduating and worked for an investment bank in Canary Wharf in the Corporate Governance department, before working in a ski resort for the season.
Nick joined CWJ as a trainee in September 2009 and qualified into our Commercial Litigation department in September 2011.
Nick is a keen sportsman but his main sports are rugby and skiing. He plays for Westcombe Park RFC and has been skiing since the age of 2. He also plays golf, and has completed several triathlons and other running events.
