Nicky joined the firm as an associate in October 2007 and became a Partner in April 2008.

She works on a broad range of commercial matters for clients from a wide spectrum of industry sectors, including manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical and publishing, as well as for charities and other not-for-profit organisations, and individuals.

Her work includes all kinds of commercial and e-commerce agreements, advising on competition law implications, the protection and exploitation of intellectual property, branding strategies, data protection compliance and freedom of information.

Nicky also deals with drafting partnership documentation such as partnership deeds, LLP agreements and deeds of variation and dissolution.

Nicky is a member of the Society for Computers and Law and the Association of Partnership Practitioners and is a frequent speaker at seminars and workshops, in particular for IP, IT and E-Commerce. She is fluent in German and Russian.
