Yao graduated from the University of Westminster with a 2:1 Honours degree in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course at the BPP Law School in London with a distinction.
Yao joined CWJ in 2011 in their corporate and commercial deartment. Prior to joining CWJ, Yao spent nearly 4 years as a para legal with an American law firm in the City and trained and practiced with a law firm in the West End for over 3 years.
