PROFILE
Andrew was a commercial litigator with two leading London firms for more than a decade before joining CWJ in 1997 to specialise in personal injury claims.
Since then, he has handled a number of large and complex claims arising from serious injuries. He has a special interest in brain injury, which is reflected in his voluntary work with our local branch of Headway, the brain injury charity.
Andrew has also developed a specialism in handling disputes over wills, trusts and registration of Powers of Attorney.
He was a Law Society prize winner in 2003.
He contributes to the management of the firm by holding the posts of People Development Partner and Chairman of our Management Committee.
Andrew enjoys anything sports-related and (still) plays rugby and cricket - rumours of impending retirement are unfounded!

WISH FOR THE YEAR
'For the Government to resist pressure from insurers to restrict public access to justice by removing lawyers from the compensation process - and for an England team to win something, somewhere!'
