David heads the personal injury and clinical negligence team. He trained with a London firm before moving to a large practice in Tunbridge Wells. He joined Clarkson Wright & Jakes in 1996 and became a partner in 1997.
David is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury panel, the Action against Victims of Medical Accidents (AVMA) Clinical Negligence panel, Headway (the charity for victims of head injuries) and the Spinal Injuries Association. Read about David's trek to Peru to raise money for Headway.
David is also a keen tennis player.

HIGHLIGHTS
As well as being involved in the benzodiazepine litigation of the early 90s, David has recently handled claims in respect of spinal cord damage during fusion surgery, ureter damage during kidney stone removal and accident claims involving quadriplegia and multiple injuries, with settlements in excess of £1 million.
