PROFILE
Yasmin graduated from Brunel University with a 2:1 LLB Honours degree and was subsequently awarded a Distinction on the legal practice course before qualifying as a solicitor.
Yasmin joined the firm in June 2007 moving from a local practice. Yasmin has also spent some time working at the Commission for Racial Equality handling complex race discrimination claims.
EXPERTISE
Yasmin specialises in employment issues acting for both employers and employees. She has experience in representing commercial clients and individuals in various cases including unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, race discrimination, religious discrimination and sexual discrimination. She also provides general employment advice including drafting a wide range of employment related documents and reviewing policies and procedures.
Yasmin is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and of the Young Solicitors Group.
