Matrimonial Solicitor/Legal Executive –  Min 2 years PQE required to join our busy matrimonial team to take on an existing caseload of privately funded matters.   Experience dealing with all aspects of divorce, child contact, and residence disputes including separation, cohabitee disputes, resolution of financial property and pension claims. Proactive approach to business development.  Market rate salary and good benefits package.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive – Min 4 years PQE required to undertake a very busy conveyancing workload.  You will be required to work independently (with guidance) but without day to day supervision.  Essential skills, in addition to straightforward sale and purchase transactions include the ability to undertake work relating to new builds, equity release and lease extensions. Experience with enfranchisement work desirable but not essential.   Good secretarial support provided.

Employment CILEX/Paralegal – Min 2 years PQE

We are a highly regarded national firm seeking to recruit a 2-5 year PQE CILEX/Paralegal.  The role is an assistant position to provide advice to the medical sector and a range of employer and employee clients on a broad range of employment matters including, employment tribunal litigation, mediation,  policies and procedures, TUPE and Settlement Agreements.You will report to a Partner and will manage your own caseload.    You will ideally be a CILEX or Paralegal with:

  •         2-5 years pqe
  •         strong academics
  •         pro-active and enthusiastic
  •         proven knowledge and experience of employment tribunal litigation and employment law
  •         excellent communication and client relationship skills
  •         networking and business development skills.
