Managing Partner and member of the corporate and commercial department Andrew Wright has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity (including MBOs and MBIs), corporate restructuring, AIM admissions and placings and partnership issues.

David Greenhalgh, Partner and Head of the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department at CWJ, acting mainly for claimants, with experience in dealing with serious injuries including spinal, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy and fatal accidents.

Alex Wormald, Partner in the personal injury and clinical negligence department, acting mainly for claimants. His personal injury practice focuses on traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, loss of limbs and chronic pain litigation. He also acts for claimants that have complex liability issues travel litigation and wrongful imprisonment/actions against the police. Alex's clinical negligence practice involves a wide range of clinical areas although he specialises in birth-related complications and general surgical negligence.

Claire Schneck Partner and head of the family department, with a particular focus on divorce, complex high net worth financial claims, matters relating to children and cohabitee disputes.

Ben Madden is a Partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial department, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity (including MBOs and MBIs), corporate restructuring and joint ventures. General corporate advice and partnership issues, with advice to shareholders, directors, partners and other owner-managers throughout the lifespan of the business from start-ups to disposal, on structural matters, administration and assistance with general commercial issues.

Kevin Bristow is a Partner in the family department with a particular focus on complex and high net worth cases - including those with a foreign element, matters relating to children, leave to remove and cohabitation/civil partnership disputes and same-sex marriages.
