Gemma qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2018.

Prior to joining the Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence department at CWJ in December 2024 as a Senior Lawyer, she worked for two other law firms, exclusively representing injured people with their claims for both clinical negligence and personal injury, for 15 years.

Gemma specialises in a wide range of high value personal injury and clinical negligence litigation, including, but not limited to:

She is highly organised and strives to drive her cases proactively to secure the very best outcome for her clients, both in terms of getting answers for how and why they (or their loved one) received negligent treatment, and seeking interim payments to provide rehabilitation as soon as possible; with the ultimate goal of achieving the compensation they deserve.

Gemma's interests include going to the gym and running, as well as musical theatre.
