Omari Elcock

Omari graduated from the University of Liverpool with an Honours degree in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University.

He qualified as a solicitor in September 2011 having trained at a top commercial firm in Cardiff and joined CWJ's Commercial Property team in September 2017. Omari advises on a broad range of complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, real estate finance, landlord and tenant issues, and the ongoing management of property portfolios and assets.

Having worked both in the private and public sector, Omari primarily provides support to corporate clients, gp practices, banks, pension schemes and property developers operating in London and across the South East.

Omari has experience in a wide range of matters relating to the acquisition, management and disposal of all types of commercial real estate. He has particular expertise in relation to:

Investment freehold and leasehold commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Complex commercial lease transactions
Development site acquisitions and sales
Corporate support
Commercial and real estate refinance

Omari is a keen supporter of Liverpool Football club and enjoys spending time with his young family, gardening, building high performance computers from scratch and keeping (fairly) fit.
