Pardeep Gill

Pardeep is a Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel Member reflecting her experience and specialisms. She joined the Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Team at CWJ in November 2025, having worked among several of the top-tier London-based firms exclusively representing injured Claimants.

Pardeep started her legal career in 2003, working on the high-profile MMR Group Litigation. She then went on to train at a leading London firm. She qualified in September 2007 and has continued to manage a varied caseload of catastrophic medical and clinical negligence claims. Pardeep has broad and extensive experience across a wide range of claims including brain, spinal, amputation, gynaecological, surgical , orthopaedic and obstetric claims. She is also able to advise and assist clients in connection with fatal claims.

Pardeep is passionate about her work and works tirelessly for her clients. She is committed to promoting access to justice/legal services to all members of the community and achieving the best possible outcome for each and every client. She is a former AVMA helpline volunteer and has conducted ad hoc pro bono sessions at the local citizen advice bureau.

Pardeep is a proud mum to a 9-year-old. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, musical theatre, cooking, country walks and spending as much time as possible with her daughter.
