Sarwan Ghuman

Senior Lawyer

Having graduated from Kingston University with a business degree, Sarwan embarked on her legal career by completing the Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with College of Law London.

Sarwan completed her training with London based firm, Royds Withy King in corporate law before retraining into private client law. Sarwan joined CWJ in September 2025 as a Senior Lawyer and approaches each matter with care and sensitivity whilst always remaining professional and efficient.

Sarwan is STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualified and a member of Lifetime Lawyers, which is an independent national organisation of lawyers, who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.

Sarwan is a probate and will drafting specialist with experience in working with high-net-worth clients and estates in foreign jurisdictions.

Sarwan is a family-orientated professional but in her spare time, volunteers for a large, national charity in which she takes an active role and enjoys very much.
