Ting Lok

Ting graduated from the University of Kingston with a degree in Law and completed her Legal Practice Course at College of Law in London. She carried out her training at a firm in Central London before qualifying as a Solicitor in August 2017.

Following qualification, Ting continued to broaden her expertise in commercial property law in Legal 500 firms based in Mayfair and Liverpool Street. Ting joined CWJ’s Commercial Property team in September 2025 as a Solicitor. Ting has continuously manged heavy caseloads whilst providing top tier service to her clients. She advises on a broad range of complex commercial matters. She has also worked with several oversea investors to advise and build on their property portfolios in the UK together with acting for oversea lenders to work on their commercial property matters in the UK.

Ting is fluent in the languages of English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She has utilised her language skills to advise clients accordingly.

In her spare time Ting enjoys spending time with her family and making core memories with them. She is passionate about travelling/exploring different countries (when time permits) and baking. Generally, she tries to stay active, but would much prefer eating good food.
