Amanda qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has been working in the private client department of Clarkson Wright & Jakes in Orpington since 1992.

Amanda deals mainly in drafting Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, Trust creation and administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and Estate Administration. Amanda is also a Notary Public.

Amanda has been a long-standing member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 1995. She was previously secretary to the Kent branches of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Amanda has spoken at seminars for clients and accountants and writes the occasional article. However her focus is on her clients and ensuring their affairs are in good order.

Since having her children, Amanda has worked part-time. She spends her leisure time volunteering locally in church based youth work.

Seminars
