Conflict Check

Before we can advise or act for you in any matter we need to be sure that we do not have a conflict of interest, for example, that we do not already act for your employer. So, at the outset we will ask for your name, the name of your employer, your contact details and ask you for a brief summary of your query. All information provided to us will be treated confidentially.

The First Telephone Call

If you would like us to consider your case, please contact Rosa Brennan (01689 887872) or click on ‘Request a Callback’ or 'Email an enquiry'.

A member of the team will telephone you to discuss your case. There will be no charge for this initial telephone call, which should last around 20 minutes. We can’t advise you on your case until we take you on officially as a client, however we will be able to tell you during this first telephone call whether you would benefit from meeting with us in person to obtain further legal advice.
