    Fake reviews

    4.1 You may submit reviews of CJW’s services for publication on our Site (Submission) through ReviewSolicitors.

    4.2 When you make a Submission, you agree that the Submission is legal, truthful, and reflects your genuine experience of the business, product or service you have reviewed. Fake reviews, whether positive or negative in nature, are expressly prohibited.

    4.3 When we receive your Submission, we will manually verify your identity against our records to ensure it is legitimate. If we have concerns about the authenticity of your Submission, we will notify ReviewSolicitors to immediately suspend the review for up to 14 days and ask them to follow their verification procedure. If you do not fully engage or fail to provide satisfactory proof that you are a client, the review will remain removed from our Site and the user will be blocked from leaving any further reviews. Any evidence provided to us will be treated in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy - Clarkson Wright & Jakes (cwj.co.uk).  

    4.4 If your Submission is approved, we will aim to publish your review on our Site on the same day it is submitted.
