About Us

Working With The Community

At CWJ we take our responsibilities for our people, our environment and the community in which we live and work seriously.

Our people

All staff are important to our business and we believe that they should be well-cared for.  Our aim is to support staff to fulfil their potential and to support them in their efforts to contribute responsibly to society.

Our local community

Our aim is to make a positive difference to the local community in which we live and work. We support the local community in a range of projects and encourage everyone at CWJ to participate in community and charity projects.

In previous years we have supportied the Kentish Killer, an annual sportive organised by GS AvantiAlex Wormald, a partner in CWJ's Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department has taken part and in February 2017 let us film him as he endured this gruelling event.

Our charity of the year

Each year the firm supports a local charity, which becomes the focus for our fundraising and sponsorship activities.  This year we are supporting St Christopher's Hospice. To read more about how we are raising funds for this amazing charity, click here.

Our environment

We conduct our business in a way which minimises our consumption of natural resources and manages waste through responsible disposal and the reuse and recycling of material where economically feasible.
