"Capturing Orpington: A Community Lens"

Our latest office artwork showcases eight photographs selected from Orpington 1st's community photography competition. For the last 10 years, this initiative has invited local residents to share their unique perspectives of our area through the lens of their cameras, celebrating both the talent of our community and the town of Orpington.

These winning images have been specially chosen by the CWJ team and enlarged for our office display.

The photographers represented here demonstrate not just technical skill, but also their deep connection to Orpington. Through their eyes, we see its seasonal changes, its natural beauty, and the daily life that makes our community unique.

This display represents a transition from our previous exhibition of school artwork to a celebration of contemporary local talent, reflecting our ongoing commitment to showcasing creativity within our community.

On 20th November we celebrated the artistic talents of the 8 photographers at a private viewing and drinks reception.

Thank you to Orpington 1st for allowing us to select our favourite photos from their community photography competition.
