Promotions 2024

Clarkson Wright & Jakes is delighted to announce that it has promoted four of its staff members as of 1 May 2024.

 

Laura Thompson has been promoted to partner. Laura has played a key role in the success of the Commercial Property team since joining the firm in 2008. Laura specialises in freehold and leasehold commercial property sales and purchases and business lease renewals.

Karthiga Sangaralingam has been promoted to Senior Lawyer. Karthiga qualified as a solicitor in 2011, joining CWJ in February 2020 from a London firm. Karthiga assists clients with sales and purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages and leasehold extensions.

Leah Noyes has been promoted to Senior Lawyer. Leah has been working in conveyancing since 2011, qualifying as a licensed conveyancer in 2017 and assisting our clients with their residential conveyancing since joining the firm in 2021.

Hardeep Bains has been promoted to Senior Lawyer. Hardeep qualified as a licensed conveyancer in 2019, joining the firm in February 2022 to assist clients with their residential conveyancing needs.

Commenting on these promotions, Managing Partner, Amanda Mehlin, said “As we continue to develop our property team these promotions recognise the key roles that Laura, Karthiga, Leah and Hardeep play in our business and their contributions to the success of the firm. All of them are high calibre, talented individuals and we are delighted to be able to promote them to more senior positions.”
