David Greenhalgh Retires

On Wednesday 30th April, we said farewell to a truly remarkable colleague, David Greenhalgh, as he retired from Clarkson Wright & Jakes after a long and distinguished career in personal injury and clinical negligence law.

David has been a pillar of strength and expertise at CWJ, earning the respect of clients and colleagues alike for his deep knowledge, unwavering integrity, and compassionate approach to what are often some of the most difficult moments in people’s lives.

Over the years, David has made an enormous impact—not just through the cases he’s handled, but through the mentoring, leadership, and kindness he has shown every step of the way.

We thank you, David, for your dedication, your professionalism, and the legacy you leave behind. You will be greatly missed, but we wish you nothing but happiness and relaxation in your well-earned retirement.

From 1 May, Alex Wormald will head the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team.
