Interactive MediaCWJ advised interactive media company Tangibal Group plc in connection with the simultaneous acquisition of Instant Business Limited and VP Media Holdings Limited with an overall purchase price of more than £3m as part of an expansion process. Aggregates FinancingCWJ assisted a construction client in the arranging of finance for the construction of an asphalt plant, assisting in settling terms between an asset based lender and its commercial bankers, dealing with the financing documents and property aspects arising. The overall value of the financing was £10.5m. DefenceCWJ acted for the sellers in connection with the sale of business and assets of a subcontractor to one of its key manufacturer customers including dealing with property lease arrangements, with a value of £0.65m.
