Did you know about our popular Employment Retainer Service?

This is a cost-effective way of having our employment law team at the end of the phone for prompt and up to date legal advice on employment and HR problems, as they arise.  

We will listen and get to know you and your business, to enable us to provide swift and practical solutions tailored to you. 

The benefit of our Retainer service, over other employment and HR advice providers is that there are no call centres or tick box exercises.  All of our team are qualified lawyers and employment specialists.  You will have named solicitor contact, and access to our small team of employment solicitors if your usual contact is unavailable. 

The first two hours of advice are included in the annual fixed fee, and after this any time spent is charged at a discount on our usual hourly rates.  The service is annual, but you are not locked in for any period of time and you will only pay for the time spent.

We also offer an insurance backed Retainer service to cover the costs of employment tribunal claims and awards.  The insurer supports the advice that we give, and the scheme will give you peace of mind if an employee makes an employment tribunal claim, such as for unfair dismissal or discrimination.
