Employment dispute insurance to cover the costs of defending tribunal claims.

Our Retainer Plus scheme gives you the peace of mind with financial protection if an employee makes an Employment Tribunal claim, such as unfair dismissal or discrimination. The Insurance plan is bespoke, it will cover the costs of defending tribunal claims and, if you wish, any compensation and settlements.  The cover can also include pursuit cover to enforce post-termination restrictions against employees.

This insurance supports the advice that we give, so there is no need to refer back to the insurers for constant approval at each step of the process, as is often required under separate liability insurance schemes.

As part of the Retainer Plus Scheme for an additional fixed fee we can provide a full review of your employment procedures and documentation.
